This ultimaker front cover printed in 4 parts.
It must be placed diagonally on the print bed and even then it uses all of it.
Print the side part twice - one of them mirrored. Mean power consumption dropped from about 180 to about 100 W.
Perfect? No.
Ugly? yes.
Does the job? Definitely.
Why enclosure? Reduces fumes, noise, improves temperature stability and reduces power consumption.
