About the DesignThe OCD maker in me drove this design. While I love colour prints I got sick of reprinting the whole part every time the blade wore out so I made a modular system. At the same time I resolved the edge sharpness issue that all printed scrapers share.In my experience, all printed scraper blade edge sharpness is limited to the layer height. Ex: Even when printing at .12, the blade edge will be .12 high which is not thin enough to fit between the part and the bed like a thin metal blade can.The result you end up pushing or banging into objects rather than separating them from the bed.
