Ultimate Kitchen Knife Holder

Decided to design a knife holder from the ground up. Main considerations were hygiene, ease of assembly and flexibility in the type of knives it can accomodate.With the exception of those long japanese tuna carving knives, this holder fits everything from little paring knives to 270mm bread knives.
