I made a bigger version of Xavin's MagHex Holder for his MagHex System. I wanted to include all of Gloomhaven and Frosthaven tiles in a single case and didn't want to use a rubber band to hold it all together. I imagined a case similar to a casino poker chip case. So, I mirrored the endcaps, added a handle and doubled the size of the cover.
It does require 4 "6x1/2 Flat Sheet Metal Screws" (you can do Philips or Flat-head screws, but they need to be Flat Top, so they sit flush with bottom of the base) to hold the handle and base together. They can easily be found in a Lowes or Home Depot for only a couple dollars.
This one is printed with 50% infill, but you could probably get away with 40%.
I have not finished printing all of the tiles yet, so I don't know for sure how it's going to hold up to the weight, but this thing is MUCH stronger than I initially expected, so I have no doubts. I wanted a storage solution before I went crazy printing all the tiles. And I'm not even sure this
