Ever since I saw a titanium screwdriver I wanted one, (don't know why, they are so expensive,) I was inspired by this, https://urbanedcsupply.com/products/rain-z-hex-bit-screwdriver-anodized-titanium.
But I am a maker with a 3d printer and parts, so I decided to make one.
This is the ULTIMATE SCREWDRIVER, and without hex bits in it, it measures almost 91mm in length. The end cap is a fidget/ stand/ easy palm rest, and houses a 608 bearing. I designed the cap to fit loosely around a bearing and be screwed down with a retaining screw. And the fit for the bearing on the drive shaft is very tight but can still be pulled off if needed.
So, the nitty gritty, you will need to print the driver with supports and make sure that it is very attached to the build surface, a brim that set at zero with nine outlines couldn't hurt. The cap and retaining screw can be printed without.
The only parts you will need to provide are a 608 bearing and a 1/4-Inch Socket Drill Bit Holder, I made t
