Ultimate toothpaste tube emptying solution

I was looking at all the clever ways to clean out a toothpaste tube and noticed that in
the end they all keep the last bit in. So I made a piston cleaner with zero residue.

The design was made for a "Prodent" tube (typical Dutch/Belgian).
