Ultimate Waterproof Case remix

A quick remix of pbtec's Stable and waterproof OpenSCAD case. I needed something that allowed for a cable to pass through so I modified the SCAD to allow for placing the gland holes on both sides of the case.

New option is "SideWallHolesOnBothSides" under the "Wall Holes Settings".
