Ultragauge Case

For a device made to sit on your dash, you'd think it would have better heat and UV resistance. Even though I use a reflective sunshade every day, the case and clip has embrittled and disintegrated.

The manufacturer sells replacement cases, but the shipping is ruinous. Here's a work-alike case that has a mounting hole for the ball-joint stub from the original clip.

Use some squishy non-conductive foam during assembly to press the LCD against the bezel and four 1.7mm or 2.0mm x 6mm self tapping screws for the back.
