Ulvheim - small tower

Note: this is a WIP (work in progress) so errors may exist

I needed a small tower to go along with a small sized village. I remixed the cottage with elements from other Ulvheim sources and made a small hexagonal shaped tower with an additional middle section to create taller versions.
