This mount is designed to be screwed to the bottom of a table or desk with 3x #6 wood screws. I recommend 1" or longer.I'm sure you could use double sided tape as well but have not tested that. The mounting ears protrude form the model so that they can be reached easily while not creating any sort of lip that could grab a wire or tear padding. They fit all the headphones we have in out house so hopefully they work for you as well.
