Underbed Piezo Mounts

I started following the Precision Piezo thread on RepRap forums a while ago when some people (DjDemonD, Moriquendi) started coming up with brilliant ideas about using piezo disks as very sensitive switches/probes for bed probing. They later evolved into something called Precision Piezo (www.precisionpiezo.co.uk)


I had one of the earlier Piezo boards by Moriquendi and initially tried the hotend mount, however I found it really difficult to dial in...and the results wouldn't be consistent (it was my own DIY solution though).

So I went for the underbed method of mounting the piezo disks...and the result is amazing.

I designed the mounts for my 22cm diameter bed heater, however these mounts should work with most round (although not necessarily ) beds.
