Underwater Ethernet Camera Mount

This is an underwater streaming poe camera using the [Unifi AI Theta Pro 360](https://techspecs.ui.com/unifi/cameras-nvrs/uvc-ai-theta-pro?s=ca) streaming camera and a [Blue Robotics 3" underwater enclosure](https://bluerobotics.com/store/watertight-enclosures/wte-vp/). The idea is to mount the camera under the dock at the [Hakai Institute's](https://hakai.org/) research station on Calvert Island.
