I made these for my little girls birthday party favors. One size should fit close to all. It's two dimensional and should print fairly easily at your default PLA, PETG, or ABS settings.
This print looks MUCH better with two colors. I highly recommended swapping the filament color somewhere after Z=1.00mm and before Z=4.00mm. You can code this into your slicer, or if you have an MK3 with a good filament sensor, I found I could simply snip the filament once I was past the 1mm mark, then let the printer prompt me to load the filament to take the rest of the print to completion.
Even with my well-tuned Prusa i3 MK3's, I was getting peeling at the end of the headband, and sometimes at the tip of the horn. You may be able to use adhesive. I don't recomment oversquashing the first layer as that thin fin of extra filament can dig into the skin. So I made a version with "peelguards" that increases the surface area at the most problematic areas. Simply trim them off with an exac
