Universal Ball Joint with Collet

Unfortunately, the original mount broke every time. To fix this, the collet is made as a separate part that can be replaced.
As a side effect, a very strong clamp was obtained.

BallJoCollet3.f3d modified collet that didn't break right away.
BallJoCollet4.stl fewer bending horizontal layers of printing. Not fundamentally different. left in case the joint needs to remain mobile under force.
BallJoCollet5.stl - bottom chamfer responsible for the clamp is shifted downwards for greater clamping force.
BallJoNut2.stl - chamfer at the top where the thread ends for better printability.


When creating remixes, there is a strong request - to preserve the thread diameter, dimensions of the collet being received. So that in the future all improvements are interchangeable.
