This bracket is designed to offer a simple and effective solution for mounting quick connectors for 4mm PTFE tubes. Unlike traditional supports, this bracket is not tied to a specific 3D printer: it can be fixed to any surface or structure where you need to guide the filament. It is ideal for those using external spool holders, multi-feed systems, or simply wishing to create a custom friction-free filament path between the spool and the print head. ⚙️ Technical Specifications Tube Compatibility 4mm outer diameter PTFE / Reinforced PTFE Connector Mount M6 internal thread for standard quick connectors Bracket Mount 2.2mm through-hole for 2.5mm self-tapping screws (can be carefully drilled out to fit other screws) Assembly Time ~2 minutes Usage Quantity Single or multiple, depending on the desired filament path 🖨️ Print Settings The downloadable file is in .3MF format, which includes slicing settings already optimized to ensure precise threading and a clean aesthetic. Recommended Material: PLA ✅ (tested) Layer Height: 0.16 mm Infill: 15% Supports: Not required Orientation: Print with the base flat on the bed (see photos) 🔧 Assembly Instructions Follow this order for a secure fit without stressing the threads: Pre-assembly: Screw the quick connector into the bracket's M6 thread before mounting the bracket to the structure. Mounting: Position the bracket at the desired point and fix it through the 2.2mm hole using a 2.5mm self-tapping screw (or adapted screw). Tube Connection: Insert the 4mm PTFE tube into the connector until it bottoms out. ⚠️ Important Notes & Disclaimer Print Tolerances: Thread dimensions may vary slightly depending on your 3D printer's calibration, even between prints of the same model. Tight Thread? If the M6 connector feels difficult to screw in: ❌ DO NOT force it. ✅ Screw and unscrew gently several times ("cold tapping") to adapt the tolerances. ✅ Proceed with patience until the fitting is complete. Reliability Tested: The model has been validated
