Universal Chest Ring

Update 08/18/16 -
Remodeled both the ring and the base plate. I wanted a design that required minimal supports to print. I also wanted to add the some minor changes to help with overall use. There is now a screw/bolt location that aligns the two pieces. And hopefully the ease of overhangs helps with faster printing.

Update 08/11/16 -
Added a JPG graphic that is a template for light reflector's and a diffuser to go behind the emblem. In my original prototype I used glossy photo paper to make the reflectors. I cut out the shapes and then super glued them to the base plate. For the diffuser I cut two piece of clear acetate then sandwich a piece of tissue paper or printer paper between them. This goes behind the emblem.

Added links to some other emblem designs.
Modeled and uploaded a design for a back plate/base that will allow attachment of strip LED's. This is based on a mock-up I made from foam core that was used for the prototype.
