Universal Flashlight Holder

Needed a simple and quick to print flashlight holder.
Designed in OpenSCAD and parameterized where needed (see Customizer).
It has a slot for a valcro or zip tie.
I added automatic calculations for most parts/distances/cutouts. (See the variable comments). However they are not perfect so for some size combinations you have to preview the part and do some manual adjustments.
