The model includes all essential parts such as the yokes, cross trunnion, and needle bearings, each designed with precision and parametric features for easy modifications. After creating individual parts, the assembly was completed using appropriate mates to ensure realistic joint movement. A motion study was conducted to analyze the rotational behavior and how the joint compensates for angular misalignment. Finally, detailed 2D drawings were prepared, including dimensions and exploded views for manufacturing reference. This project highlights strong proficiency in 3D modeling, mechanical assembly, and motion analysis, with a focus on real-world application and manufacturing feasibility.
