I was dissatisfied with existing filament storage solutions. Many of them have awkward shapes, high material consumption, or lack real versatility. This became the starting point for developing my own modular solution.This project does not aim to be an industry standard — it is a practical experiment focused on efficiency, versatility, and print speed. Concept and AssemblyThe design consists of three main elements:• Upper and lower threaded body parts,• A central colored ring.The central ring is inserted directly into the grooves of the upper and lower parts. In the lower section, a tight friction fit is used (achieved by a difference in diameters), which ensures reliable fixation of the assembly. In the upper section, the clearance is larger, allowing the lid to be easily unscrewed for quick access to the filament.
