This is a simple parametric filament spool adaptor I've put together for any shaft based filament holders.
The model was designed in Fusion 360, f3d and step files are attached.
STL's currently downloadable here use the following parameters, if you would like a version added for a certain type of filament and you don't have the ability to change the parameters yourself, please comment the measurements and i'll upload STL's for that size. There's an STL for end collars included if you need them, this is also parametric.
Included STL:
Shaft Bore: 10mm
Spool Bore: 60mm
Spool Width: 60mm
Wall Thickness: 2mm
Number of Fins: 7
Collar Width: 10mm
It is reccomended that you add around 0.3mm to ShaftBore to allow it to spin freely, and 1-2mm should be added to SpoolBore, as the fins will bend to sit snugly in the spool.
Print with 60-100% Infill, thickness will be fine as low as 1.2mm in PETG but go a little thicker for weaker materials.
Adjustable Parameters:
ShaftBore
