This is something that I came up with to hold my iPhone on my desk so I don't need to tip it toward myself to unlock it. All I need to do is tap it and wipe up.
The stand holds the phone high enough from the desk surface that it can charge while upright. The center is open so you can easily swipe up from the bottom. It is also stable enough that it will not tip when you tap at the top of the screen.
I tested it with an iPad too. It holds it fine but it wants to twist when you tap toward that outside. You would probably need to scale it up or add soft rubber feet to make the stand stick to the desk better.
I printed this with no supports in a resin printer. I don't have an FDM printer so I couldn't test that.
