The idea behind was to create a universal body and replacable pcb board holder modules.
All source files in OpenScad are included.
Step-by-step guide:
1. measure and design/adjust connectors plate by trial and error with holes_test.scad
2. design/adjust pcb holder in pcb_case.scad, use a connector plate from designed on first step
3. design/adjust a body in body.scad for desired number of 18650 cells. Adjust cut-off for the size of pcb body. Use supports for this part!!!
4. design/adjust a cover in cover.scad. You need to print 2 of them for sure
5. design/adjust a button in button.scad
Construction:
1. Insert button into pcb_holder
2. solder wires to batt+ and batt- on a pcb
3. solder pieces of nikel strip on the other ends (depend on number of 18650 cells)
4. insert wires through main body and out of two sides
5. gently push pcb case into main body
6. insert 18650 cells
7. use spot welder to attach nikel strip to 18650 cells
8. close side covers
You are done!!!
