The tablet can be placed into the mount and uses weight to keep it in. It will spin 360 degrees freely, and you can use the ball mount system to make further adjustments. It can be lifted out with one hand but is stable enough to use the touch screen.

I've used a 3M mounting pad to stick the small part to the back of the tablet (or you could buy a cheap case and glue it). I find the part helps to hold the tablet in one hand - it works like a Pop socket.
