This is a universal linkage arm for a control surface of a aeroplane. It is designed to be transmitting movements linearly, although sometimes the travel distance is not 1:1, to have it that way, the servo arm needs to be the same lenght. It is suited for foamboards etc.
You can drill the holes of the staff accordingly for your usage.
Solidworks file is added for editing.
The big L shape is for the linkage rod, which can be a stiff metal wire which can be connected by bending it and linking it to this arm by your drilled hole.
The small flap at the bottom will be sunk into your foamboard. Big flap on the side should be glued to the surface for more grip.
