Universal Silica ACE PRO / ACE PRO 2 Container A sturdy custom designed universal silica container that fits in both ACE PRO / ACE PRO 2. Fits in-between the filament spool slots and doesn't get in the way of filament swaps as I have continually knocked over other models and spilled beads all over. With this design, you can literally "set-it and forget it" until you have to check if you ever need to recharge or replace your silica beads. The half arc design was used for the purpose of being able to design a screw on top plate to make it easier to fill and provide a nicely secured cover to avoid blowouts if the plastic softens; and also to keep the silica box out of the way of the filament spools when we go to swap them out.Model walls are designed to be 1/8" (3mm) thick to withstand the high temps to avoid any warping. Side walls are designed for easy airflow with the surrounding solid walls for added strength to control warping. I avoided adding slotted vents on the surrounds since other test prints proved to reduce the model's strength and failed in the long run - and there are enough vents on the sides for airflow. Model comes in 3 parts and will require post printing assembly with the following parts:(2x) M3x4x4 brass nuts(2x) M3x8 screwssuper glue the 2 arc plates together to secure the container tightly 3mf file will have my personal settings from my Kobra X to print on 1 plate with no supports and Kingroon HS PETG.
