I created this tool for making customized speaker enclosures to suit any driver. There is a fully parameterized Fusion 360 file and STEP files.
I made stl's for example enclosure sizes of 1, 2 and 3 liters, with properly sized bass reflex ports for 3 popular drivers.
If you use the Fusion 360 archive, when you change parameters it will generate all the required components: the enclosure, the port, and multiple versions of the front and real panels. The panels include versions with holes for screw mounting and versions for gluing. The enclosure has 6 holes on each side for M3 heat-set inserts, using these is optional, you can just glue the panels in place if you prefer. You can use wood in place of plastic for the front and back panels, if you want to save print time, or you prefer the look.
The reflex port is flared at both ends, and should be assembled according to the image above.
The three examples are created for these widely available Dayton Audio drivers: 1 liter DMA7
