Cuff pins for the unlimbited alfie arm Marekx53 edition.
I wanted to be able to print just the pins because usually they are printed with the cuff. I wanted to have extras because of any malfunctions or needing new pins. I just printed my first unlimbited arm to use on myself and found that after assembly the original printed pins weren't the strength I wanted them.
*** These were used on my first unlimbited arm print, that I printed in my size for my own personal use. The arm is still a work in progress.
I printed these using simplify3d and I rotated the Y axis 90 degrees so the string hole is pointing up for more durability and strength because I found on my original print that the string cut through the PLA layer. not sure if this was due to print quality of layering (original was printed at .2mm with 35% infill.
This is printed .1mm layering 100% infill.
I used the original - Oiriginal Alfie arm: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1672381 for creating my Alfie arm.
