This in ment to be an exhale valve for thing 4259060
The filter is still ment to be attched even tho it is an exhale valve more info on origanal creators site.
You reqire an metal spring and an O ring for a good seal The O ring sits in a ridge under valve. And the spring goes on the rod on the other side with the endcap.
The round part with the many holes in it is there to stop the valve coming out to far that round part sits inside another ridge outside of the O ring ridge
