Urban Arrow plug with a peak

I had a problem with my Urban Arrow cargo bike. When I use the raincover hood the fastenings tend to slip off either due to gusts of wind and/or minus degree that makes the plastic tube plug very slippery. In any case the raincover hood slipping off creates possible risk situations in the traffic - plus it is uncomfortable for my child sitting in the box when the raincover does not cover as much as it should.

So I modeled a new plug that has a small peak which will prevent the fastening loop from slipping off. I 3D printed one plug from PETG and another from ABS. So far both are doing fine. I did try TPU as well but that had too much elasticity and hence was not suitable.

Remember to put a red reflective sticker to your own plug so that the visibility of the bike does not decrease.
