US General Mini box double stack adapter filler

This is my remix of peach1993 US General Mini box double stack adapter, https://makerworld.com/en/models/1998289-us-general-mini-box-double-stack-adapter#profileId-2151256 The purpose of the remix is there wasn't enough clearance for the brackets on side cabinets and accessories if you want to add to your mini toolbox a bit.
