This is a support that can be used to hold your PCB more securely when using a USB-C soldering plate, similar to the image below or from here. It features a screw that can be used to clamp your PCB in place, and when you're done, you can flip the support over and store your hot plate inside the leg area of the support, after it cools down, of course!
