USB MIcroscope stand attachement

I designed this mount in FreeCAD to attach a USB microscope to a standard articulated desk lamp that originally held a magnifying lens. The three mounting holes on the upper plate match the hole pattern of many common lamp heads, letting you remove the stock magnifier and bolt this adapter in its place.

The lower ring clamps around the microscope body (sized for the common USB microscopes sold under generic brands). This lets you aim the microscope using the lamp’s full range of motion instead of being limited by the small plastic stand it normally comes with.
