Case for the ZY12PDN USB Power Delivery trigger board from USB-C to XT-60.
I use it to power hobby lipo chargers from USB-C.
Features:
- compact
- very robust
- female XT60 output (the same one as on a battery. this is a power source, just like a battery!)
- button can still be pressed thanks to button extension piece. works surprisingly well
- RGB led can be seen through small hole
- includes a legend of colors to voltages
What you need:
- ZY12PDN trigger board
- female XT60. basic variant as shown in the pictures. not designed to work with any other variant
- short wires
- soldering iron
- ca glue
- (optional) double sided sticky tape
How to assemble:
1. print all files
2. connect XT60 using some short wires. this will carry 5A max, the cables don't need to be super thick
3. slide ZY12PDN into the bottom
4. set XT60 in its place
5. place the button piece on top of the ZY12PDN's button. you can add double sided sticky tape if you want. check the clearance with the top part!
