USB Tester case

This is a case for the [USB tester combo board](http://store.hackaday.com/collections/products-tools/products/usb-tester-2-0) by [Fried Circuits](https://friedcircuits.us/46). That boards comes as a bare PCB and when you don't need all the test points, this case packages it up nicely.
