A simple panel mount for a USB type A breakout.. I got 10 for nearly zero on Amazon!!
http://bit.ly/USB-Type-A
It has a hole for a 5mm LED, and plenty of space to use a cable tie to secure the wiring..
You will need 2 x 3x10mm screws and nuts to mount the breakout, and 4 M3 screws and nuts to mount on a panel.. It needs a 26mm hole in the panel, alongside the 4 x M3 holes..
You'll see how it goes together when it is printed.. The M3 mounting holes will need cleaning up with a M3 drillbit, and the LED hole will need cleaning with a M5 bit..... I am too lazy to work out the exact clearance!!!!!
Print flat side down, no supports needed, but I used a brim as usual..
Use your choice of filament, I used PET-G..
