Used blade safe

I never know what to do with used knife blades, you can't just throw them in the trash as they will likely cause serious injury and as far as I am aware they arent easily recyclable.

This little box is a one way container using a tiny amount of plastic to hold quite a few used blades, they cant fall out due to the small slot and an internal lip.

Yes it increases waste with the extra plastic but its in the name of safety and how many blades do you use in a year?
