My wife found a utensil set on Amazon that had its own utensils and handy storage tower. We already have utensils, so I designed and printed the tower. This is designed to be printed on a Lulzbot Mini. So the sections screw together. I printed it in PETG so it can be put in the dishwasher if needed. I printed it at .2 resolution. The Tower and arms were printed with 3 walls, 25% infill. To give the base weight, that is printed with 3 Walls 65% infill and 15 solid bottom layers. It is rock steady and it will not topple over even with a casual bump.
The only non printed parts is an M6X16 socket head screw, a M6 Heat Set insert and a standard 608ZZ bearing. The insert goes in the hole in the upper tower. The Bearing is press fit into the underside of the utensil arms piece. Then the M6 screw goes thru the top of the arms disk, thru the bearing and screwed into the insert. Then the cap is press fit on top to cover the screw head.
