I had a need for a scraper with an extended handle (not for removing prints). I discovered Radare’s Razor Knife/Scraper and thought that this had the potential to remix it to meet my requirements. I already had a spare handle for a Swifter that would give me the necessary reach I was looking for.
I need to make two of these, so I printed the design twice, initially on the flat side where I noted the bridging errors that Radare had previously identified. For the second print, I orientated it by 90°, with the thread opening downwards on the plate. This printing method necessitated the use of supports, but it successfully eliminated the bridging error encountered during the first print.
I used the same blade cover from the Radare’s original design.
Printer Settings
Printer: Bambu Lab X-1 Carbon
Filament: PTEG
Rafts: I did not need them on my printer.
Supports: Yes & No (see comment above)
Resolution: 0.2 MM
Infill: Gyroid 25%
