Utility Blade Scraper Remix

A remix of the scraper blade because the blade would fall out of the clasp from the clasp not being flush up against the blade and the holder.

I added two notches to where the notches on the clasp can lay within making it flush and allowing the blade to be fastened tightly as to not fall out.
