Utility Key Latch Assembly

Started off with replacement Pin and re-worked for a complete latch for a utility cupboard door with no previous fitting. Several iterations later, strengthened & now with close tolerances to negate any part wobble. Latch Plate can be positioned for depth as required with space for small screw hole to expand and grip the plate or use poly cement to bond plate in place. Requires 17mm hole for outer piece but a 16mm wood drill provides for a compression fit with a little adjustment.

My existing triangle key has 14mm outer and fits the external piece exactly - maybe adjust scale for your key dimensions.

100% infill for Pin & everything else is pretty much solid anyway.
