utility tool holder

This is a holder for a Keyport MOCA utility tool. It uses an M3 x 8mm screw. It doesn't lock, but it does clamp nicely onto the tool and provides stiff opening and closing action, with periodic tightening. I sharpened the end of the tool to be a chisel.
