WARNING with any probe change always run probe_calibrate then delta_calibrate to apply new offset. List of settings to change. For further safety it horizontal_move_z: should probably be set to 100-75mm this is the height it stops at before it goes to probe. eg a lower to 30mm above the bed with a 31mm long probe or unknown 'zoffset" would = a crash.
