Configurable vac adapter Version 2!
Specify the diameter for both adapter ends, the end type (male or female), amount of taper (or none), the wall thickness, the bend angle and radius.

update 2/26/19: added 2 1/8 diameter for craftsman power tools owners.
update 2/27/19: Now centers taper in middle of the collars. Fixed ghosting of diff'd objects by using render() command when generating tubes (but really slowed down the graphics).
update 4/9/21: Actually fixed ghosting this time with some help from Robert Wallace.
