Vacuum Adapter

This is an adapter to attach a 1 1/4" flexable vaccum hose (in this case, from a Shop Vac) to the discharge port of a DeWalt Compound Mitre Saw. Has not been tested on other tools.

It features a 40.3mm throat on the male end, which tapers internally to 37.7mm over a length of 38mm, for a friction fit on the saw end.

The female end tapers externally from 32.7mm to 34.6mm over the 30mm length. The vacuum hose slips over this end, also a friction fit.
