Easy Design for Vacuum Forming. Print the parts assemble as shown #10 sheet metal screws.

Insert object in Forming Bay

Heat Desired Plastic, (Milk Jugs Make a very cheap easy source to begin to play with)

Cut material larger than opening 8x8........

Heat in a toaster over **place on a tray, your softening the plastic you don't want it sagging through the grid**

Once Soft! NOT LIQUID****

Remove from oven (use gloves, it's hot) Duh....Don't use while stupid, if you don't understand this Do not use or get someone to help you.

Place Material over Opening, Hold Tight with TOP

Place suction of ShopVac to Opening draw down to desired detail

It will cool fast so be quick.

If using Kydex beware its very hot and may stick, a release agent may be needed like cooking spray or silicone.

As you can use PLA note it melts/softens at a very low temperature. Be careful or you may melt your prints.
