These are a couple of blocks used for mounting an air valve and a vacuum sensor onto a vacuum tank built from 2" ABS sewer pipe. This is part of a vacuum system used for a home built de-soldering station. I needed a way to mount the devices close to the vacuum reservoir and using a hose clamp through the blocks holds the items very securely. The vacuum sensor is an automotive MAP (manifold air pressure) sensor and the solenoid is a small 1/8" air solenoid to supply vacuum on demand to the de-soldering handset.
