Valve Index Controller Thumbstick

I bought a pair of broken controllers that had a missing thumbstick, but everything else worked. I pulled the good thumbstick out and measured it out as best I could with a micrometer and then printed out the results.

I had to sand down some of the pieces because of stringy parts, but after an hour of gameplay it started to work just as smooth as the other side.
