This is an over-designed corner mount for Valve's Lighthouse 2.0 base station. It is designed to be placed in the corner of the room (the width of base's Field of View will cover the whole room, cause it is much more than 90 degrees), with a fixed 30 degree down pitch (horizontally that quickly catches ceiling, vertically it is almost aligned with the wall, while horizontally it crosses the ceiling).
While default adapters provide extremely reliable solution, they have two major disadvantages:
- You have to eyeball the position of the stations, including roll
- You have to drill holes in the wall, which might not be suitable for some people (wasn't suitable for my friend)
This mount provides huge surface areas for two-sided tape to hold them, while neglecting rotational forces by beams and station's center of mass position.
