No assembly needed, it prints in one piece. Unfortunately there is currently no insert for the windows.
There are print files for 3 different versions:
Standard
Emergency vehicle (round flashers)
Emergency vehicle (light bar flashers)
Paint in the colors you like.
Print as is, take care not to break the whees when removing from the printing bed.
