# Camper Van Foldable Bed
This are parts i created to build our functional bed in our custom made camper van.
## The Parts
### Sides
The sides are built of a 16mm textured coated board. Each side has three layers. The middle Layer is the bed itself that can be moved. The outer layers keeps the husk and bolts in place.
### Duckboards
The width of the bad can be coosen by yourself. Just use some planks in the same width. The bed in the pictures has a width of 1.4 meters. The Duckboards and also the mounts are from an old bed.
### Arretation and mechanics
To create a strength rotation axis i used husks and bolts out of aluminium. The husks has a outer diameter of 16mm. The bolts has the best diameter available in the hardware shop.
The bolts has a well in the length direction to put in the wire of the bowden cable and one well from the side with a thread to screw in a setscrew to secure the wire. A compressing spring of 45mm length togheter with the 3D printed
